Rapadelta Das Rapadelta im Sarek Nationalpark, Sápmi (Lappland). Der Blick geht vom Gipfel des Skierffe auf die 700 m tiefer gelegene Flusslandschaft des Rapaälv. Eiszeitliche Gletscher haben das Trogtal geformt. Der Fluss wird von den Gletschern des zentralen Sarek-Massivs gespeist, und seine Flussarme nehmen in den verschiedenen Jahreszeiten ganz unterschiedliche Farben an. Unterhalb (links) des Bildausschnittes mündet der Rapaälv in den See Laitaure. Entlang der Flussufer erkennt man die typischen Galeriewälder, dazwischen undurchdringliche Moorbereiche und ehemalige Toteisbereiche, die nun mit Seen ausgefüllt sind. Am unteren Bildrand sieht man Felsbrocken, die aus Felsstürzen vom Skierffe stammen. Die untersten Bildbereiche liegen fast senkrecht unter der Felswand des Berges; dort befand sich auch ein samischer Opferplatz. The Rapa-Delta in Sarek National Park, Sápmi (Lapland). The view goes from the top of Skierffe 700 m down to the river landscape of the Rapaälv. The glaciers of the ice-ages have formed the U-shaped valley. The river comes from the glaciers of the central massif of Sarek and takes seasonally different colors. Left from the displayed view, the Rapaälv flows into the lake Laitaure. Along the banks, there are gallery forests, inaccesible marsh areas and former dead-ice areas that are now filled with lakes. At the bottom of the display, almost vertically below Skierffe's top, there are boulders that had fallen from the Skierffe. There was also a cultic place of the Sami.
